Kindly consider the following guidelines.

REGARDING YOUR APPOINTMENT:

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure a timely start to treatment.
  • As part of the initial evaluation, please be prepared to answer some general questions regarding your skin care concerns and any medical conditions you may have.
  • Please note: the use of prescribed or over-the-counter exfoliants can be a contraindication to receiving some spa treatments.
  • Late arrivals will limit the time of their treatments, possibly lessening its effectiveness.
  • Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest's scheduled appointment.
  • Cancellations must be made with at least 24hr. notice to avoid being charged the full cost of the appointment.
  • "No shows" will be charged for the full cost of their appointment.
  • Children under the age of 12 receiving services are to be accompanied by an adult.
  • To ensure the comfort of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while they are receiving services.
  • As a courtesy to our other guests, we ask that you please turn off your cell phones
  • Personal belongings are the full responsibility of the spa guest.
  • Gratuities are never expected, but greatly appreciated.

REGARDING YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS:

  • We accept cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.
  • At the time of booking, a credit card number is required to secure your reservation.
  • All prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Gift certificates can be used toward any service, product, or spa package offered in the spa; they are not redeemable for cash.
